Frank del Valle | Principal Co-Founder
A veteran of multiple technology generations and market transitions, Frank has helped staff many of the software industry’s leaders, start-ups and innovators. From the early years of the Information Age to the Dot.com boom, through the rise of mobile apps, social networking and AI, he has navigated critical and shifting currents to guide his clients and candidates to meaningful and successful new connections. He co-founded and grew a technical search firm, and has recruited, placed and hired hundreds of candidates ranging from individual contributors to Directors and VPs in wide ranging disciplines. Frank continues to counsel his clients on best practices for building top performing teams, and the Full Life Cycle recruiting process to achieve this.

Janet has worked with an exceptionally diverse group of industries and companies, built her own firm from the ground up, and oversaw an inaugural advanced manufacturing apprentice program in Massachusetts.
